Selected as a canvas for Stefan Dowsing’s Earth Code, this hoodie allows the artwork to extend across the garment rather than exist as a conventional graphic placement. Text, color, and repetition move with the body, translating Dowsing’s exploration of perception and the hidden structures of our world into wearable art.

Each Courbis House piece begins with the artist. The artwork remains at the center of the design, allowing fashion to become another space in which the work can live, move, and be experienced.

Málaga, Spain

Stefan Dowsing is a multidisciplinary artist whose practice explores perception, nature, technology, and the unseen. Color, surface, texture, and light form an essential part of his visual language, while his work considers the systems and patterns underlying the world we experience.

His work has been exhibited internationally, including at the Victoria & Albert Museum, Tate Gallery, and The Photographers’ Gallery in London. In 2014, he was artist in residence at the Mark Rothko Museum in Latvia, where five of his paintings became part of the museum’s collection.
