SONIA GIUSTO
Sonia Giusto is an Argentine visual artist whose work is defined by luminous color, movement, nature, and a deep sense of joy, energy, and freedom.
Working primarily in oil and acrylic, with elements of mixed media, Giusto draws inspiration from flowers, animals, the human figure, and especially the ocean and marine life. Her experiences with diving and snorkeling have become an important source of visual memory, shaping the color, light, movement, and emotional atmosphere that emerge throughout her paintings.
With more than three decades of professional experience, Giusto has developed an international career across Argentina, the United States, and Latin America as an artist, educator, mentor, and creator. Her work has been exhibited and collected internationally, while her teaching has reached audiences through workshops, certification programs, television, and specialized Art publications.
For The Courbis House, selected works from her artistic practice move beyond their original format and into a new medium—fashion, objects, interiors, and design. Each piece preserves the energy and visual language of the original Art while allowing it to live, move, and be experienced in an entirely new way.
